Tea Tasting and Mindfulness Workshop


Carving out time for a comforting ritual like tea and meditation every day can bring a sense of groundedness, peace, and gratitude to your daily life. Participants will learn how to elevate their daily tea drinking ritual by incorporating mindfulness with a tea meditation.

What you will get: Private Tea tasting session with calming music (Choose from Oolong, Earl Grey and Jasmine Green Tea), Guided Mindfulness practices by our instructor. 



Tea mindfulness is an ideal way to ‘press pause’ on the day. Put simply, this means turning the time spent making and drinking tea into moments of meditation. As well as intensifying your enjoyment of the tea, this practice can be beneficial in many ways.
